Molly Biechele’s career working in the nonprofit sector started back in 2007. Originally from Central Massachusetts, she returned to the state after spending ten years in New York City, where she earned her Master’s in Nonprofit Management and worked in donor relations and fundraising for two health-focused nonprofits. While living in New York City, she volunteered at a local animal shelter where she developed a deep passion for animal welfare. Joining the Dakin team allowed her to combine that passion with her experience in nonprofit fundraising.

Outside of work, she participates in various nonprofit committees focusing on philanthropy and communications. She enjoys rowing (and wildlife watching) on the Connecticut River, reading, and cooking. Her household includes two cats, Gatsby and Lexi.
