Dakin Humane Society, the premier animal welfare organization in Western Massachusetts, is seeking a Director of Finance and Administration. The successful candidate will be a strategic thought-partner and play a critical role in ensuring organizational effectiveness and financial success.
As a member of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will lead the organization’s finance, budgeting, business planning, human resources, and information technology functional areas. The successful candidate will also enhance employee relations through recruitment, benefits administration and employee relations with the opportunity to develop programs and benefits to strengthen the internal capacity of the organization.
The position is full-time with benefits including paid time off, health insurance and other optional insurance with employee contribution AND a flexible work schedule. Salary is commensurate with experience.
